         My professional story begins at 19 years old, standing behind the desk of a retail store, as a shift supervisor, thinking to myself, “There has to be a better future than working up to the Store Manager of this place.” (Store Managers made maybe 35K per year, and I was 2 promotions away!).

   With a store full of people, and my “help” running late from lunch, I had to get those thoughts out of my mind, because people NEEDED MY HELP. (Ok. Really, they just wanted the latest video game, but it was all the same.) After the longest 30 minutes of my life, there was 1 man left, standing there in a suit, just looking at me from across the room. He said he was impressed by the way I handled the customers and offered me a salaried position with his company, on the spot. 

    He became my first mentor, and introduced me into a much larger world of business and sales. He gave me the opportunity to manage a cell phone kiosk for his company. I had no experience in telecommunications and very little experience managing others, but he saw my potential. Within 1 year, my location went from the bottom of the district to top 3, and I became the number 1 sales person in the region! I was hungry to find a better way to utilize my new found Super Powers.

      After that point I was recruited to go work for a fortune 500 company, as a Sales Manager of a high-powered team. I had the honor of winning awards and learning lessons about relationship building, motivation, and leadership, that can only be learned by working inside of a Fortune 500 business, alongside top-notch people. 

     When it was time for me to leave, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and broaden my skill-set, working with companies from 5 employees to other Fortune 500, always taking a “party in the front- analytics in the back”, (a tellum?) approach, where the focus was customer-centric, but the decisions were analytical. The companies I have been privileged to work with come from various industries, from telecommunications to credit cards, merchant services to international marketing. 

    A Dozen years later, I am having a wonderful ride, that keeps getting better. Traveling the world has shaped my perspective of the people that occupy it. I have had the privilege of working alongside some of the brightest people in their industry, seeing successful companies from the inside, and making an impact on future entrepreneurs. 

    Not everything I have done has been a wild success (ever heard of WiMAX?), but the failures have only lead to amazing learning lessons, and opportunities, that I would not have prepared for otherwise. These experiences allow me to bring value to any organization, helping them grow and solving their most oppressive problems. 

    It is my vision to help you and your business achieve remarkable growth. I want to share with you what I have learned over the years about designing an amazing customer experience, that has been at the core of some of the best known brands in the world. Once you focus your efforts on an the customer experience, you will begin to unlock your companies true potential.
