Work with me

What are you
trying to build?

Three ways in. They're different commitments, but the first conversation is the same one — you describe what isn't working, and I tell you honestly whether I'm the right person for it.

What to expect

The first conversation is simple and human.

Step 01You describe it

What's growing, breaking, or costing more than it should. No deck required — a paragraph in an email is genuinely enough.

Step 02We talk for 30 minutes

I ask about the handoffs, who owns what, and where decisions stall. You'll get useful observations on that call whether or not we work together.

Step 03I tell you the truth

Including when the answer is "you don't need me for this" or "this is a people problem, not a systems problem." That's happened, and it saved everyone money.

Step 04We define the shape

If it makes sense, we agree on scope, timeline and what success actually looks like — measured, not implied.

Direct

Or just skip the forms.

If something is growing, broken, complicated or important enough that the old way of working is no longer good enough — that's usually an interesting conversation.
